How To Use

<Amount to use> After soaking a cotton pad the size of a 500 yen coin, place it on your eyelids or lips, leave it for a while, then gently wipe it off with the cotton pad. *For mascara, fold the cotton pad in half and gently wipe it off while holding it between your eyes. *Shake the bottle well before use.

I was looking for something alcohol-free and came across this. I usually use cheaper products, so honestly, I thought it was a little pricey, but the ingredients are gentle on the skin, so I was able to use it with confidence. I personally love the scent of all Neal's Yard products, so this one smelled great too. It seems to be primarily made with damask rose floral water, which made me feel relaxed every time I used it. The skin around my eyes is delicate, so I prefer products that are as gentle as possible. This product is completely non-irritating and removes makeup easily. I use natural products, so the cleansing power was fine, but I felt like a powder-based product might have a harder time removing makeup. Only my mascara was difficult to remove. It lasted about a month on me with daily use. Overall, I don't think I'll repurchase it for now. I think it's easy to use even for those with sensitive skin.

I use eyelash extensions, so I wanted to use an oil-free remover. I usually use Clarins remover, but I couldn't find it, so I tried this one. Compared to Clarins, the makeup removal is a little average. Maybe it's a bottle issue, but it's hard to get the makeup evenly onto the cotton pad. The subtle rose scent is nice. Sorry, I won't be repurchasing.

Neal's Yard's eye makeup remover seems gentle on the skin. It has a light texture and an aromatic, botanical scent. Because it's gentle on the skin, it's not strong enough to remove large glitter or waterproof mascara. For mascara, you'll need a mascara remover. It does remove eyeshadow, so it's okay to use. Ah, it might be a little drying... It's a bit pricey, so I'm hesitant to buy it again.
