Description

A bleaching-level eyebrow concealer to use before eyebrow mascara. It erases darkness as if bleached, creating soft and fluffy brows. How to use: Use as a base for eyebrow mascara. Apply with a brush, combing from the roots to the tips of the eyebrow hairs. If using with pencil or powder type eyebrow products, apply this product afterward. If the brush has little product left, rotate the brush to pick up the liquid from the side of the container. Close the cap tightly after use. If using with waterproof eyebrow products, we recommend using a point makeup remover to remove it.

How To Use

Use this product as a base for eyebrow mascara. Apply it by brushing from the roots to the tips of your eyebrows. If using with a pencil or powder type eyebrow product, apply this product afterward.
