This eyelash serum was developed by combining the expertise of Rohto Pharmaceutical's eye care and hair care research. Designed for those struggling with eyelash problems such as damage from eye makeup, curlers, and extensions, as well as age-related loss of firmness, elasticity, and easy shedding, it is manufactured domestically in Japan and formulated for easy, consistent eyelash care. The formula includes MP-17 (myristoyl pentapeptide-17), the proprietary ingredient Collaplus*1, Gagome extract*2, and Panax ginseng root extract (all moisturizing ingredients), which are commonly found in hair care products, to condition the eyelashes and lead to a healthy-looking lash. Furthermore, it combines ingredients based on research findings, such as Phellodendron amurense extract*3, Citrus unshiu peel extract*4, turmeric callus conditioned medium derived from plant cell culture, and Moso bamboo sap cell lysate derived from bamboo growth points (all moisturizing ingredients). Ease of use is also a priority, with a fine brush type designed for easy application to the base of the eyelashes.
