How To Use

<How to enjoy Bakkatsuyu> After equalizing the temperature of the bathwater (180L), add one packet (60g) and it's ready. Stir well before bathing. <Sauna experience at home. The method for achieving a state of deep relaxation: "Intermittent medium-temperature bathing" + "Cold water shower on the head"> First, take one cup. Soak in slightly hot water for about 10 minutes, with the water up to below your chest. Get out of the water and rest for about 5 minutes.
