It's a double-ended design with a 3mm diameter eye color pencil that fits perfectly on the lower eyelid and a 0.1mm short-tipped shadow-colored liquid eyeliner that allows you to draw delicate lines as you wish. This single product serves four purposes: creating tear bags, controlling shadows, and emphasizing eyebrows and double eyelid lines. The shimmering pencil liner contains high-luminosity pearls, while the shadow-colored liquid eyeliner, which creates a three-dimensional effect, has a carefully designed color that blends seamlessly into the skin. Both contain film-forming ingredients that are resistant to sweat and sebum, and are less likely to smudge, keeping the beautiful finish intact until night. How To Use
