[The Liquid Foundation e] Lightly press to dispense an appropriate amount (about the size of a 1-yen coin) and gently spread it from the center outwards with your hands. You can add more as needed, or use a foundation brush or sponge. [Sheer Loose Powder e] Take an appropriate amount of powder onto the puff, rub it well, and spread it from the center of your face outwards with a gliding motion.
