This is the second installment of the popular HARI (※2) V3 Foundation, which maintains a beautiful look not only while wearing it but also after removing it. Its unique natural micro-needles, "inospicule (※2)," are combined with beneficial ingredients for the skin, including human umbilical cord blood cell conditioned culture medium (moisturizing), niacinamide (skin conditioning), arbutin (skin conditioning), and glutathione (skin conditioning). The formula reaches the stratum corneum and slowly diffuses beneficial ingredients, leading to healthy, hydrated skin. It also contains a generous amount of skincare ingredients, including Houttuynia cordata extract (skin conditioning) to prevent roughness and tannin complex (※3) to support sebum balance.
