STEP 2 If you are concerned about shine, gently blot with a tissue to remove excess oil. STEP 3 Apply foundation on top. Tip: Wait 5 minutes after applying the cream before applying foundation. If the cream has not been absorbed into your skin, it can cause makeup to smudge.
