How To Use

1. Open the zipper of the main body (suit) and spray tap water evenly onto each electrode part on the back, approximately 10 pumps at a time. 2. Adjust the position of the electrode parts, fasten the hook, close the zipper and put on. 3. Attach the controller firmly to the controller attachment part until it clicks. 4. Turn on the power, select a mode and start training. (When using for the first time, use at a low level.) 5. Remove the controller, open the zipper, unhook the hook and take off the main body (suit). 6. If you have washed it, dry it thoroughly, then fold it and store it in the pouch.
