How To Use

When you first start using the product or if the powder is not applied properly, insert the tip all the way in and rotate it left and right several times to soak the powder in. Oils or foundation may adhere to the tip, making it difficult to apply. If this happens, lightly wipe it off with tissue paper or similar.

The moist powder fits snugly around the eyes, and the glitter adheres well, so it's recommended for those who want to create a glamorous makeup look. Simply apply it twice around the eyes and blend with your fingers or a brush to easily complete your eye makeup. Some people like glitter, others don't. However, I personally find it useful because I can carry just this one item with me when traveling and do eye makeup without it being bulky. I'd like to buy other colors too.
