How To Use

How to use: (1) Wipe away any dirt from inside your shoes. (2) Peel off the film and place the insoles inside your shoes. They can be reattached multiple times. (3) If the product becomes dirty or the adhesive strength weakens, wash it with water, let it air dry, and then reattach it. Caution: It may not adhere to fabric or materials with uneven surfaces. When removing the pads, peel them off slowly to avoid damaging the insoles. Do not use if the size does not fit. If you experience any abnormalities in your feet or body while using the insoles, discontinue use. This product is not for medical use. Consult a doctor if you have poor circulation, diabetes, or cuts, eczema, or swelling on the soles of your feet. Store away from direct sunlight and in a place with as little humidity as possible.
