Actually, I bought the wrong thing... I don't really like matte lipsticks... This was the first time I'd used a matte lipstick in years. I've used matte tints, too... Is it the modern matte look or the gloss? My old, unpopular image has been completely overhauled! I used to think that matte lipsticks were difficult to apply because they didn't glide well. This is great. It's very easy to use. The texture is definitely matte, but it doesn't dry out and the color lasts well. The color payoff is beautiful. I've been using plumpers and other products to make my lips plump, but I'm happy with the subdued, elegant finish. This lipstick made me think, "Matte is good, too." It looks like a regular lipstick. It's light and gives a strong color with just a quick application. It feels similar to a soufflé-style lip pot. I use this lipstick, but when I really want a glossy finish, I layer a clear gloss over it.

If you like matte lipsticks, I highly recommend you give this a try. The texture is not dry, but rather fluffy. It does start to dry out after a few hours of application, but I still think it's one of the less drying matte lipsticks. The Address I bought has a more subdued brown tone than the official sample, but it's not too blue either. I think it would look great on mature faces, cool winter/warm autumn skin tones who like dark tones, and cool summer skin tones who like muted colors.

The colors are stylish and when I use them people ask me where I got them! They're matte, but they don't feel dry!

I'm always cautious about buying Korean lipsticks because the sample colors are never very helpful, but I really liked the color and it was on sale on Qoo10, so I finally bought it. It's amazing. It's matte, so it does dry out my lips a little, but it doesn't irritate my lips, even if they're sensitive. It doesn't glide on very well, and it does come off easily, but it doesn't fade too badly. I really appreciated how amazing Hins lipsticks are, with color that rivals department store brands but is affordable.

Even though my lips tend to dry out easily, I love matte lipsticks. This is my first time trying Hins' matte lipstick! The color is exquisite and lovely! My lips are naturally reddish, so even if I buy a color I think is cute, it tends to end up being too strong, but this lipstick blends in well and has beautiful color (^^). I'm glad that it doesn't make my lips look like they're just a ghost, and it doesn't feel dry, so it's very easy to use.
