(A) Remove the cap, hold the shoulder of the dispenser, turn it counterclockwise, and pull it up. (B) Remove the dispenser from the empty container. (C) Remove the cap from the new refill container and attach the dispenser. (D) Put the refill container with the dispenser back into the outer container and turn it clockwise until it clicks into place. *When opening and closing the dispenser, be sure to turn the shoulder of the dispenser.
