Apply lip colour to the centre of the upper and lower lips for a soft, vibrant colour. - Once you've brought your upper and lower lips together, gently blend outwards with your finger to blend the colour. Next, use the Blending Brush to blend the colour along the edge of your lips. - To further blend the lip line or for touch-ups, use the Soft Matte Complete Concealer or Light Reflecting Setting Powder Loose. - Layer the two colours together to create a unique look.
