Turn the dial to dispense an appropriate amount of liquid, and apply directly to areas of concern such as the surface of the nail or around the nail, so that it blends in. It solidifies at low temperatures, but will return to its original state if you warm it with your hands or leave it at room temperature. When using for the first time, turn the dial 6 to 13 times until the liquid comes out at the tip of the pen. From the second time onwards, turning the dial too many times at once may cause too much liquid to come out, so turn it 1 to 2 times at a time to adjust the amount of liquid as you use it.
